Our main service is based around providing consulting services by ensuring you get the best information available based on all local, state, and federal laws and regulations as well as best common practices. We understand that there are no "two of the same" when it comes to temporary traffic control and we understand that our services need to adapt to the various challenges in the world of traffic control and construction. We will meet with you to discuss your temporary traffic control needs for your project and help you formulate a plan so that your project runs as smooth as possible while minimizing delays and costs. Another service offer permitting services where we will apply for and obtain permits on your behalf so that you can focus on other needs on your project. We know it's a hassle to apply for permits, going back and forth with various people and waiting long periods for a permit. That's where we can come in. We have experience navigating through the permitting processes and can help take this task off your hands so that you can focus on other things. Lastly, we provide various classes to help further the knowledge through education to help you and your crew ensure that you are compliant in the field.

Our Story
LACA Traffic Solutions LLC started as an idea when its founder, Jonathan Wheeler, realized a need to help contractors understand the various aspects of temporary traffic control and how it affects their project. Temporary traffic control is often one of the least thought about components of a project but is one of, if not, the most important aspects of a project. Temporary traffic control is the first line of defense for the safety of the work crew on site and the public. Without it, there would be chaos. Temporary traffic control is unique in that there are no two of the same setups. Whether it’s the scope of work, existing field conditions, or other factors present, there is no “one size fits all” with temporary traffic control. With experience as a first responder, Jonathan knows how to handle complex and unique situations to come up with solutions to overcome the problems present.

We strive to ensure each client receives the highest level of experience and knowledge to make the best decisions possible. Our staff will help you start work with minimal to no delays and work with you along the way to help your project achieve completion, all while reducing the costs as much as possible. President/Founder/Co-Owner
Jonathan has over ten years of experience dealing with temporary traffic control. He has experience in the field setting up traffic control for various companies. He has also previously done permit review, traffic control plan review, project coordination, inspections and enforcement in government settings revolving around temporary traffic control and work zone safety. He has a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and is working on his second master's degree. He holds certifications in Qualified Flagger and Flagger Trainer through UT Arlington, Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) through ATSSA, Registered Code Enforcement Officer license through TDLR, Certified Firefighter through Texas Commission on Fire Protection, and is a certified Emergency Medical Technician Basic through Texas DSHS. Safety is his true #1 goal.

Rose has years of experience in management roles and customer service. She brings a valuable experience with overseeing the administrative side of the company by managing finances, organizing schedules, and performing office management duties to help keep the business running smoothly.
