Our main service is based around providing consulting services by ensuring you get the best information available based on all local, state, and federal laws and regulations as well as best common practices. There are no "two of the same" when it comes to traffic control and we understand that our services need to adapt to the various challenges in the world of traffic control. We will meet with you to discuss your traffic control needs for your project and help you formulate a plan so that your project runs as smooth as possible while minimizing delays and costs. We also offer permitting services where we will apply for and obtain permits on your behalf so that you can focus on other needs on your project. We know it's a hassle to apply for permits, going back and forth with multiple people and wait long periods for a permit so we take the hassle off your hands so you can focus on other things.

Our Story
LACA Traffic Solutions started as an idea when its founder, Jonathan Wheeler, realized a need to help contractors understand the various aspects of traffic control and how it affects their project. Traffic control is often one of the least thought about components of a project but is one of, if not, the most important aspects of a project. Traffic control is the first line of defense for the safety of the work crew on site and the public. Without it, there would be chaos. Traffic control is unique in that there are no two of the same setups. Whether it’s the scope of work, existing field conditions, or other factors present, there is no “one size fits all” with traffic control. With experience as a first responder, Jonathan knows how to handle complex situations to come up with solutions to overcome the problems present.

Jonathan has over ten years of experience dealing with temporary traffic control. Jonathan has experience in the field setting up traffic control for various companies. Jonathan has also previously done permit review, traffic control plan review, project coordination, inspections and enforcement in government settings revolving around temporary traffic control and work zone safety. Jonathan holds certifications in Qualified Flagger through UT Arlington and Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) through ATSSA.

Rose has years of experience in management roles and customer service. She brings a valuable experience with overseeing the administrative side of business by managing finances, organizing schedules, and performing office management duties to help keep the business running smoothly.
